Triple Line actively works to develop relationships with other organisations with a view to working together on suitable project opportunities. We would favour partnerships with like-minded organisations, which share the same values and can offer complementary skills and experiences when bidding for projects in our key services areas. Triple Line is particularly keen to work with a few close partners on a regular basis, where a sense of trust is established and a good working relationship can be developed over several projects.

Consultants

Finding exactly the right consultant for each opportunity is an extremely difficult task. Triple Line takes great care to ensure that we have provided the right skills needed for the project; often this will be through our in-house consultants. However, if specific skills are required outside in-house capabilities, then we look to our network of associates to provide these skills.

Triple Line has a small network of close associates with a proven track record of delivering high quality results and with skills and experience that complement our work. We maintain long term relationships with consultants who share the same values and work ethics.

To work efficiently with associate consultants, Triple Line provides a dedicated in-house project manager, providing technical support and peer review for each project. There is also the opportunity to access the knowledge, skills and experience of other in-house staff throughout the life of the project and beyond. Our aim is to provide the same quality and reliability to our clients when using associate consultants as with our own in-house staff.

Triple Line is expanding its global network of associate consultants and has invested in a sophisticated skills database to enable us to identify and contact consultants when we have an assignment corresponding to their background and experience.
