Once grant funding decisions are followed by the negotiation and drafting of grant agreements to establish the basic terms and conditions of grant and to clarify the respective roles and responsibilities of the grant holder and the grant-making organisation. Fund management also covers the disbursement of funds to grant holders, monitoring of expenditure, accountability and value for money.
