Triple Line has been involved in the design of development strategies for Governments and donors. We have designed programmes at the level of reviewing and designing country assistance programmes; and preparing programme memoranda.
We have been involved in both preparing a programme of assistance based on an agreed strategy, and in the case where we have drafted the programme design document, we have also prepared the contextual analysis and annexes.
