Urban Partnerships for Poverty Reduction
David conducted the annual review of the Urban Partnerships for Poverty Reduction programme (UPPR), a DFID funded programme to support the extreme poor in urban slums in Bangladesh.
Mid-term review of ASARECA
David and Barbara, together with two external consultants, undertook the Mid-Term Review of ASARECA (the Association for Strengthening Agricultural Research in Eastern and Central Africa).
