Client: DFID Research and Policy Division
Country: UK
Year: 2010
A study commissioned by DFID reviewed the investments made and instruments used by DFID-supported agricultural and human development research programmes, including the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR) centres and regional or sub-regional agricultural research networks. The review provided a high-level stock-take of the current nature of research uptake activities within the two portfolios and identified potential case studies on good or innovative practice in research uptake.
Services provided
Triple Line completed this review with a multi-disciplinary team of agricultural research policy and communications experts in September 2010.
Achievements
The Triple Line review is being used to revise DFID’s research communication guidance to its programmes, and support sharing of lessons between research and communication programmes.
